we are currently in singapore to bunker (refuel). we will be here for most of the day, and boy is it hot! we are only 8- miles north of the equator and that was most certainly evident when eating breakfast outside this morning.
i took some photos from my porthole of the floating gas station and plan to take some pictrues through the hazy morning sun of the singapore skyline in the distance.

i had to RANOO-ver to the computer and beat your daddy to the punch!! Sounds like a lovely day - but i do wish you'd get used to that organic p-nut butter!! you know, caroline turned me on to it, and now i can't eat the smooth fat-filled sweet kind - i also LOVE the gritty texture. i thought i'd just gotten used to it and re-tried the "good" kind and actually spit it out(RANOOver to the trash can, i did) - it was SOOO sweet and SOOO gross! Life is funny like that....
We were sposed to have a landscape guy come over and look at what we used to call a back yard today so we could get cracking on making it a space to walk in again, but it was spitting snow and being ridiculously cold this morning, so we postponed that. To think that you are yogaing on a super-warmed deck at sundown sounds delicious! I've never done any yoga, but I've often thought I'd like to try T'ai Chi - if that's how you spell it - it looks so pretty - with all the slow, fluid movement - you DO remember how slow and fluid I am, right? ;) BE NICEEEE
I must RANOOff to bed now - after my most uneventful day that's much better than RAN(ING)OO-F at the mouth and trying to make up words out of nonsense and failing miserably. So, as Robin Williams would say as Mork, RANOO, RANOO!!
Love you sweet cheeks~ Aunt T
The only thing better than reading a new post from you is a PHONE CALL!!!!
What a wonderful way to wake up by hearing your voice from a million miles away. "just calling off the coast of Singapore while we are bunkering!" Such sea-faring language at 7AM. Yoga and sunset... as Auntie Paige will say 'how cool is that?!'
I am getting ready to head to work. Len just left to get Valerie after class to go to the airport. They are spending a long spring break weekend with Travis and Shannon. Most people go to a warm spot but Wisconsin is the destination. BRRRR. you have missed an extraordinary winter of snow, cold and other wintery assortments. So keep telling us how warm it is as you venture 8 miles from the equator so we can stay warmer with your adventure.
I have to LEAFF now to go to work.
love hugs kisses and more,
momma
